Response: Since when have we had a problem maintaining our property values? There's no problem maintaining our property values. Our problem is how our property values and property taxes are inflated! Where in the Land Bank (LB) mandate does it prescribe to maintain property values or maintain our visitor/service business? Neither of these were inclusive to the LB mandate or approved by voters.
